Oddities: s3e09

Season 3: Episode 9 - Lead, Follow or Get Out of the Way Towards the end of this episode Helena is served with a subpoena, and you can see from the picture below that somebody forgot to proof read it. You will notice that at the top it says: Helena Peabody v Dylan Moreland. Helena's name should be second as she is the defendant. Further down the subpoena it says that the name of the defendant is Helena F Carol Moreland, which is a combination of their names, not Helena Peabody as it should be. I'm not sure where the F comes from though. Do we know Helena's middle name, and if so does it start with an F?
